1. Product Information
All our chocolates are handcrafted in small batches. Slight variations in appearance, shape, or size are natural and not considered defects.Images displayed on our website are for representation purposes only. Actualpackaging or colors may differ slightly.
2. Pricing & Payments
Prices listed on the website are final and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless mentioned otherwise.Payments must be completed online through secure payment gateways. Cash on Delivery is not available.
3. Order Processing & Shipping Timelines
Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.Delivery timelines depend on your location and the shipping option chosen at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes:
Mumbai Local Deliveries: Usually delivered within 2 – 5 business days.Domestic Deliveries (Outside Mumbai): Typically reach within 5 – 7 business days.

We do not dispatch on Sundays and public holidays.Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
During peak festive seasons, deliveries may take longer.Bulk orders (above 20 pieces) may require additional preparation time. Delivery timelines will be confirmed via email or phone.
4. Returns & Replacements
As we deal in perishable items, returns are not accepted.However, if your order arrives incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@mushmerry.com
When contacting us, please provide:
Your Name & Order Number Delivery Address
Clear photos of the product/packaging issue
If verified, we will issue a resolution in the form of store credit only. Monetary refunds will not be provided.
5. Track Your Order
Once your order is shipped, tracking details and the courier partner’s name will be shared via email.Please visit the courier partner’s website and enter the tracking number to view the status and expected date of delivery.For any queries or requests regarding your order or dispatch, kindly email us at info@mushmerry.com.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate delivery information (address, pincode, and contact details).Failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete details or refusal by the recipient will not be refunded.
Chocolates are heat-sensitive; customers are responsible for proper storage after delivery.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After 12 hours, cancellations or modifications are not possible as all products are made fresh to order. Refunds for successfully cancelled orders will be issued only as store credit.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, designs, logos, text, and recipes, are the intellectual property of Mushmerry Chocolates LLP and cannot be copied or reproduced without written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Mushmerry Chocolates LLP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or
